Annie lost her life on Heather Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid. Her mother Charlotte and son James were also killed.

Forty people in total were killed on Heather Street.

Her body was taken to St George’s Market where she was identified by her brother.

Annie is buried in Carnmoney Cemetery with her family.
