Stoker Henry Brown lost his life at his home on Burke Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid. His mother Mary Jane, wife and daughter, both Georgina were also killed along with 10 others on Burke Street.

His body was taken to St George’s Market where he was identified by his son.

He is buried in Belfast City Cemetery with his family.
