Margaret was seriously injured during the Easter Tuesday raid and was admitted to the Mater Hospital where she died of her wounds on 22 April 1941.
Her sister Elizabeth Anderson also lost her life as a result of the same incident and they are buried together in Carnmoney Public Cemetery.
