Susanna lost her life at her home on the Whitewell Road during the Fire Raid.

Her daughter Rachel was also killed.

Susanna was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital where she was identified by her son in law.

She is buried in Carnmoney Public Cemetery with her daughter.
