Primary Learning

Our free workshops and resources provide learning experiences which are fun, engaging, and linked to our collection.

We tell the story of life on the Home Front in Northern Ireland during the Second World War with experiences suitable for Key Stages 1 and 2.

Workshops and resources support and enhance the NI Curriculum and all museum staff have been trained to support children with Special Educational Needs. Workshops are varied, hands-on, and adaptable to suit different learning styles.

We offer free school workshops, Make, Do and Learn Bundles, loan boxes, virtual workshops and range of online learning resources.

As a charity we're pleased to offer a Travel Grant of up to £200 per school to assist with transport costs to the museum. Download our Travel Grant Form.
