Agnes was declared dead 'in consequence of war operations' at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 26 June 1941.

She was killed at her home on Walton Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid.

Her father David and brother Edward also lost their lives along with 13 others on Walton Street.
