Allen was declared dead 'in consequence of war operations' at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 26 June 1941.
He was killed at his home on Heather Street by a parachute mine during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
His parents John and Bridget, along with 37 others from Heather Street were also killed in the blast.
Allen has no known grave.
