Harriett was presumed dead as a ‘consequence of war operations’ at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 12 June 1941.
She was killed on Hogarth Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
At least 69 people lost their lives on Hogarth Street including her daughters Cissy and Lorna, grandson Hugh and granddaughter Hetty.
She is buried in Carnmoney Cemetery with her grandson.
