Age: 7

Hugh was killed when a wall of York Street Spinning Mill collapsed onto Sussex Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid.

At least 20 people in total were killed here including his mother Agnes, sisters, Mary and Elizabeth and great aunt Catherine.

His body was taken to Peters Hill Baths where he was identified by his father.

Hugh is buried at Milltown Cemetery with his family.
