Catherine, also known as Kathleen, was killed by falling masonry at her home on Walton Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
Her body was taken to St George's Market where she was identified by her son.
Her husband Samuel, daughter Annie and 13 others were also killed.
Catherine is buried at Belfast City Cemetery.
