Kathleen was declared dead 'in consequence of war operations' at an inquest held at Belfast City Hall on 12 June 1941.
She was killed when a wall of York Street Spinning Mill collapsed onto Sussex Street during the Easter Tuesday Raid.
At least 20 people in total were killed here including her siblings Patrick, John and Mary.
